Build Process If you notice on our website all items are made to order. (If you notice it says back-ordered, this just means it needs to be built for YOU!) We do carry a large selection of in stock display furniture in our Sarasota showrooms and those items are available immediately. Because each piece is built specifically for you, most items are available in any of our hardwoods and your choice of stain color. Your wood choice will change the pricing, and we would be happy to quote anything you’re looking for! Just give us a call at (941) 960-2942 if you need a price on an item in a different wood than shown on our website currently.

Order Lead Time: From the time we receive your order to the time it is ready for pick up or delivery is 2-6 months. (We’ll be able to give you a closer estimate per builder at the time of your order.) Please keep in mind each piece of Amish furniture is built especially to your specifications and the process cannot be rushed. Please note this is an approximate time frame and can vary per builder.

Order Deposit: To place an order, we ask for a 50% deposit. The final balance is due when delivery is scheduled or order is picked up.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of order date. After 48 hours, it varies per builder if an order can be cancelled. Builder fees may apply. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all canceled sales orders if we are able to cancel with the builder.

Return Policy: Orders are not returnable. (In special cases an exception may be made.) A 20% restocking fee applies and delivery charge is not returnable. A pick up charge may also apply. In stock furniture can be returned within 7 days, if in new condition. As-is and final sale items are not returnable. Accessories can be returned within 30 days (with your receipt).
