Caledonia Living Room Collection.

Features include: Premium high quality 4″ spring system in each chair and sofa (Will not squeak), 80 coils per chair, 340 coils per sofa. Full padded arm rests, 7″thick reversible seat and back cushions, backs are completely finished, levelers on each leg and many fabrics are available. Sofas and chairs are uniquely designed with removable arm rests. The back easily folds down into the seat resulting in easier shipping and transporting through small areas. This process takes less than 10 minutes and is accomplished by simply removing several screws and bolts. These pieces are pictured in Brown Maple wood, but many other woods and stain colors are available.
